The July Alliance emerged to demand the banning of the Awami League, justice for the genocide, and comprehensive reforms. Afterwards, the Alliance mobilized to call for outlawing Indian dominance and all Indian proxies in Bangladesh’s politics — including the 14 parties implicated in the 2024 july genocide. Although the Alliance originally consisted of 35 organizations carrying the spirit of the ’24 mass uprising, it has since grown to include well over a hundred social, cultural, and political pressure groups and other organizations. They continue to protest in defense of Bangladesh’s democracy and sovereignty and against Indian aggression and all other forms of aggression. Long live our unity to save July. Inquilab Zindabad (Long live the revolution).
